I am so excited to share this with you! We are finally in Summer 2022! The longest day of the year here in the Northern Hemisphere is happening on the 21st.  The above picture is of Stonehedge in England during the sunrise on this auspicious day.

Sharing a video meditation for the solstices and equinoxes, I bring in energy healing as a Reiki Master Teacher.  It is an empowering way that you can take advantage of this special moment.

Ecotherapy is the connection with the earth which leads to better physical and mental health.  Experiencing it, you can revive yourself, create a positive mindset and release endorphins, the positive “feel good” hormone.

Ecotherapy refers to healing and growth nurtured by healthy interactions with the earth.  It includes methods of cultivating the health benefits of being in nature.

INTUITION

Going beyond the conscious mind to a direct access of knowledge that can be like a burst of light.

It is often considered a “gut feeling”, a sensation in the solar plexus.

Like clairvoyance, it is a psychic ability that can give a true and precognitive response.

BREAKTHROUGH BREATHING

A conscious form of breathing which allows you to slow down your awareness.

A basic relaxation response to be here now.

Breathing out distraction and breathing in concentration.

CELLULAR CONSCIOUSNESS

Going below the mind and into the body.

Seeing the nucleus as a fountain of white light, cleansing the cell of all tensions.

Using your mental energies to concentrate on a word or image.
