Happy Earth Day 4/22/26
This picture was taken at the UN Rose Garden during the 1st meditation, which I led, to be held on its grounds. The Indian and Japanese ambassadors arranged it. You can read all about it and my history with this cause.
Since attending the very first Earth Day gathering in 1970, I have always been involved with ecology and even produced an audio download. “Embracing Earth” is a 20-minute meditation with original music to help you and our Earth.
Wherever you may be, I hope you’ll join me on my Facebook page on 4/22/2026. We begin at 5 pm ET and continue for 20 minutes.
The following is the general script that I will be using to gather us all together:
In heartfelt sincerity, we shall create a frequency of peace to embrace Earth, all the sentient beings who live on her, birds in the sky, dolphins in the sea, and the fire horse running with intention.
Please breathe out your distractions. Breathe in the gratitude of this moment.
Breathe out your confusion. Breathe in the clarity of now. Please do this for the duration.
This wave of conscious light washes clean the lower vital forces. It illuminates the higher forces of freedom and good to succeed.
Be authentic in your aspiration. Standing in your sovereignty, in your strength. Grounded as we channel through this divine wisdom.
See this golden supramental light radiating from your heart. We are now creating a velocity of powerful peace. 🕊️
Let us send it around the earth in a clockwise direction.
Including the Nakashima Peace Altar in The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, NYC for North America, go West over Texas, California and expand to cover South America.🌎
Then over the Pacific Ocean, Hawaii, Japan to the Nakashima Sacred Table in Auroville India for Asia.🌏
Then across the tortured Middle East. Linger here, gently dropping pink cherry blossoms on the region. See them blanketing the soil there with peace, balance, and compassion.
Up to Moscow and the Nakashima Sacred Table for Europe in the Russian Academy of Arts .
Across Europe, Africa and back to America and wherever you are.🌍
Yes, we are manifesting all the victories of rebirth, truth, and kindness.
🌈 We are creating an evolutionary impulse to embrace our world.
Now
In humility and certitude.
