The holidays are here, heralded in by Thanksgiving. How perfect as we start them with a celebration of thanks. And also, please recognize the importance of forgiveness in all its tender mercies!
Forgiveness allows you to create an opening in your emotional environment, creating more space for gratitude to enter.
Make a list of those people you wish to forgive. Those people who have hurt you in some way over the past year, over your lifetime. Friends, lovers, siblings, children, parents, partners.
Often, it is the people closest to you that you need to forgive. But who really is the closest? Yourself.
🫵You, yourself, the I in the great dialogue with the world. Gently, with love and compassion, wipe clean your transgressions against yourself:
the doubts,
the self-sabotage,
thinking too small,
lamenting untaken opportunities,
letting a special person leave your
life without working on that relationship.
Dissipate these wounds as the trees are letting go of their final leaves to prepare for winter. And yes, my dear friend, as you prepare for the coming season, sink your roots deep into your fertile soil, nurturing you with truth as you stand in your sovereignty .
Released through forgiveness, your pain is filled with self-love. You can now integrally give thanks for all the good in your life: for all your creativity, for your strength to stand naked in the light. Authentically yourself.
Here I am on my 79th birthday, sharing how the work, works. Deep excavations -often filled with pain – of forgiveness are now filled with the joy of gratitude. Those stagnant dark shadows transformed into pulsating luminous light.
Glimmers sparkle, beckoning you to see them: 🪅
the sunset’s glow
the warmth of a fire,
the embrace of the lover,
the smell of the pumpkin pie,
the laughter of friends creating community.
Fall on your knees. Your godhead steps out in its full glory, blessing you in its brilliance.💫 Acts of kindness ripple throughout your world to uplift it. Your life opens to graciously receive the divine love descending from above.
Even your body can receive this baptism into holiness as you become more aware of your cellular conscious.
No longer scared but sacred. Your scars attest to your victory, letting the illumination shine through.
Rejoice in your forgiveness and receive in gratitude the miracle of this grace happening now.
