Miriam Belov, MAT, RMT is the founder of The Wellness Agenda and Creative Concentration. She has been involved in body/mind health and fitness for over 30 years and has created programs for optimal physical and mental performance and spiritual centering using self-care, meditation, stress management, relaxation, healing and empowerment.

Due to her expertise and the overwhelming importance of wellness at this time, Miriam Belov has been on all the media.

Derrick DeSilva, M.D., host of "Your Natural Health" on News 12 NJ, was so impressed by Ms. Belov's work that he devoted a complete show to her Wellness Agenda.  The interview format was excellent in that a great deal of helpful information was given to his viewers during the half hour.  They were able to use it immediately to help better their lives and the response was excellent.

Miriam has done many guest appearances on top national radio shows.  Topics included holiday celebration & stress and tsunami concern, relief and compassion for those suffering.  Due to the 2004 presidential election, she also helped with post-election stress.

The print media has also written about her work.

Doctor's Digest, a national publication for physicians, quoted Miriam extensively in its November/December 2006 issue.  The issue's topic was a Guide to Well-Being for doctors.  She was interviewed for the chapter on Effective Stress Management.

Parenting Magazine ran a cover which listed the article for which she was interviewed, "14 Easy Energy Boosters!" The magazine won the 2003 National Magazine Award presented by the American Society of Magazine Editors.

SELF magazine cosponsored a major event of hers with Estee Lauder Inc.  It was also in the publication.

She has also been in The New York Times, The East Hampton Star, The Beauty Fashion Magazine and Collaboration. The Pioneer of Montauk, L.I., headlined her on the front page as "The Wellness Wonder Woman".

Miriam produced and hosted her own weekly radio talk show, The Wellness Agenda TM, which was broadcast on WALE 990 AM, Providence, Rhode Island on Wednesdays from 10:30 am to 11. Some guest that were on are Physicians' Online, Yvette Martas, M.D., Tova Borgnine, Jake Steinfeld of Body By Jake, Mt. Sinai Medical Center Corporate Wellness Program and Fitness magazine.

During The Wellness Agenda radio show, Miriam asked listeners to take a breather and join in and discuss health - body, mind and spirit: exploring the newest and the most ancient findings.

Miriam has interviewed leading practitioners in the fields of complimentary and energy medicine, holistic doctors, institutions that share important information and organizations that allow us to express our spirits.

From the evolution of consciousness to environmental hazards, The Wellness Agenda was dedicated to bringing its listeners relevant, effective and cutting edge ideas and information.
